This feeder is specifically designed for pets that live in crates or cages, attaching directly to the wire mesh to save floor space. It connects to WiFi, enabling remote portion control and scheduling through a dedicated app. The 62oz capacity is well-suited for small to medium pets.
By mounting the unit on the exterior of the cage, the food reservoir remains accessible for easy refilling without disturbing the pet. The dispensing chute reaches through the bars to deliver food into the internal tray. This design helps prevent the feeder from being tipped over by active animals.
The app interface allows for precise adjustments to meal sizes and timing throughout the day. It is a practical solution for maintaining a strict diet for pets in confined spaces. These listings emphasize the utility of the hanging design for specialized housing needs.
